Hey magical friend! 🖤🌿 At DefaultKawaii, we’re thrilled to send our cozy spooky-cute creations all over the world. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your goodies to you.

Digital Downloads (Instant Magic – No Shipping Needed!) All digital products (coloring book PDFs, PNG packs, sticker sheets as downloads, tarot expansions, etc.) are delivered right away:

  • You’ll receive a download link via email immediately after payment confirmation (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within minutes).
  • No shipping costs, no wait times — start coloring, crafting, or journaling the second your order goes through! ✨
  • Files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and ready for personal use (or commercial use if you purchased a license).

Physical Products (A4 Coloring Books & Tangible Goodies) For our hand-prepared A4 physical coloring books (and any future printed items):

  • Where we ship: Worldwide! We ship from Australia to most countries (subject to Australia Post’s service availability).
  • Shipping method: Australia Post (standard international letter/large letter or small parcel service). We use tracked options where available for extra peace of mind.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and service chosen. You’ll see the exact amount before payment (typically A$10–A$30+ for international, depending on country and speed).
  • Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed to Australia Post within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday AEST). We aim for same/next business day dispatch if ordered before 2 PM AEST.
  • Estimated delivery times (from dispatch – these are approximate only):
    • Australia (domestic): 2–10 business days
    • New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
    • Europe, North America, UK: 10–25 business days
    • Rest of world: 14–40 business days Times can vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or peak periods. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly on auspost.com.au or your local carrier’s site.
  • Customs, duties & taxes: For international orders, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery. We have no control over these charges.
  • Risk & title: Once we hand your parcel to Australia Post, responsibility for loss, damage, or delay passes to the carrier (but we’ll always help investigate and resolve issues where possible).

Important Notes

  • We do our very best to meet these estimates, but international shipping can be unpredictable (customs holds, weather, strikes, etc.).
  • If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at cultleaderdixie@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info — we’ll work with Australia Post to sort it out and may offer a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law (and equivalent consumer protections in your country), you’re entitled to remedies if goods don’t arrive or are faulty — nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
  • For digital + physical bundles: Digital items arrive instantly; physical items ship separately (you’ll get separate tracking if applicable).
